Hair came in 4 days, very soft and pretty. Little to no shedding when I washed the hair. Factory smell not too bad, hair left water grayish brown. Haven’t put heat to it yet or bleached them.

The hair is very soft and the shipping was fast. The 10 inch bundles came in two bundles instead of 1 but it looks just like the pictures.

Before I buy any type of hair I read reviews and this one had a lot of great ones so I bought a 16 1820 and 22 inch bundle set also based on the reviews I thought that those bundles would’ve come with the closure unfortunately not, boom I got the hair in a somewhat timely though it could have been sooner. I think any type of Mongolian is going to be a little bit thicker than the Brazilian hair so I reached out to the store and let them know that I want a 16 inch closure to match the Brazilian hair that I have but when I was looking through the site I didn’t see them selling any individual Brazilian kinky curly closures. They only have deep wave which I ordered.

This company is amazing. I ordered hair from the last week & had someone install it. I didn't like that it didn't fit my expectations of being big how I like it so I had needed another bundle. This company took the time out to call me to walk me through the process of what I needed to do. & was on it when I thought my package was sent to the wrong place. They are amazing & the hair is beautiful, soft, & just how it was described.

Got my delivery in 7 days. Hair is very soft and very full. Couldn't manage to get all three bundles in because of fullness. Love hair. Will reorder soon.
