I purchased a 13x4 lace front wig 24 inch I can honestly say the store has great communication skills she was very helpful through the whole process from the moment my item was shipped off she updated me on everything she even was very kind I purchased this lace on a Thursday of May 21 & received my lace on a Tuesday the hair didn’t shed at all only problem was it had came with a strong odor but once I shampooed & condition it the smell was gone it still didn’t shed one bit it’s very soft & smooth the hair is very long when wet & the length is true to a 24 inch the quality it’s great.

The wig had a weird smell to it but overall the quality was good . I received the wig within a week. Recommended

SISSSSS, Stop playing & get this hair! Ok, so I'm not a wig enthusiast, stylist or anything but I decided to try some things I always admire others doing. One being, switching up their styles & wearing wigs. When I first got it I was nervous because it looked shorter but as soon as I washed their products out I was in love. It's cute & natural looking wet or when it dries. I got so many compliments from women who KNOW about wigs & hair. They'll definitely be buying from carrina & so will I. Not to mention their customer service is bomb too!

I received the wig n fell in love . I was VERY iffy about buying it b/c I’ve never purchased a wig online but I am VERY satisfied. It did come with a slight smell, but nothing a good wash wasn’t able to handle.

Hair is super soft, literally the best hair i've worn. Ive washed it and had it for about 2-3 weeks and it's still perfect. very little to no shedding.
